I RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME THAT I AM A WINNER OF THIS LUCKY DAY LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL PROMOTIONAL DRAW NETHERLANDS.
I ALMOST GAVE IN TO THEIR REQUEST TO SEND 750.00 EUROS FOR THE PROCESSES AND LEGALIZATION IN CLAIMING MY WINNING MONEY.
THANK GOD THAT I WAS ENLIGHTENED TO SEARCH FROM THE WEB REGARDING THIS LUCKY DAY LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL . AND HERE, I FOUND OUT THAT THE EMAIL I RECEIVED IS ONE OF SCAM EMAILS.
I'M JUST WONDERING WHY THESE PEOPLE KEEP DECEIVIING OTHERS?
THANK GOD FOR THIS WEB THAT TELLS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SCAMMERS.

hi i just got the email too. the main things youve gotta take into account are: why would someone who wants to give you money, first want to take money off you, a real lottery would just send you the cheque, asking another question of why would they need your account details. the best thing to do is to type either the name of the person or organisation, what are the first pages that come up, remember, scams can be very decieving, i have been ripped off before, dont follow it up, or ever give out any account details online. take care, deanne x

I just received the same email telling me i won and had to reply before 3/28/05. What can people do to get the attention of who ever handels scam and put a stop to this how are they getting our email addresses i wounder is the first place.

I received such an email on 3/27/2005 from a Mrs. Esther Samson claiming I had won $275,000. I hope this helps.

Hi Guys,
I also received this email. From me they demanded Euro 650.00. for a prize of $1.5 Mill. I returned the claim form, and are now in touch with somebody who claims to be a senior lawyers at the Dutch bar association. I will now inform the Dutch Bar Association, and follow up on this. Maybe they can be stopped!

got this same lottery scam
I went along to see what happened, after several emanils they wanted my bank info to tranfer funds to Guardian Trust Bank Limited and also gave a web site of www.guardiantrust.co.us and when you go there the site has been terminated and is under investigation.
I do not plan to send any bank info.

I am from paris, texas in the united states. i received a letter stating that i won three million eight hundred thousand dollars and they supplied a phone number and e-mail address, but requested no money. what do i do. it was the australian international lottery. please help me. or do i report this letter to my local officials for an investigation for fraud.

Yep, you guessed it! I received one of these emails too today - 06-08-05, informing me of my lucky and totally unexpected 1,000,000 euro win. Excuse me for saying, but these people are a**holes. They seem to target people indiscriminantly because I am certainly not well off enough financially to warrant being conned out of any money. I am furious that this sort of thing is allowed to happen andwould love to learn whether anyone has taken the matter further with the relevant authorities.

I DON'T BELIEVE THIS! I JUST DON'T BELIEVE IT!
FISRT OF ALL I NEVER PLAYED THE LOTTERY GAME THING!
I received these emails informing me that I had won a lot of money! The first one I receieved notified me of having won $500,000,00. Two week later I received anonther one of 1,000,0000.00 Pounds! Two days after that I received another one of 2,000,000.00 pounds! For the 1st one I believed I had won and complied with their evil and malecious demands, giving them my contact details AS WELL AS A COPY OF MY INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT! JESUS! I regret this. It was only yesterday that I searched GOOGLE to find out about the lagality and registration of this lottery company. I then began reading many of this posts and my eyes were opened. I realised that my winning numbers, ticket number, agent I.D matched with those of other "winners"! I believed every lie they told me, but thankfully I did not send any money or the FEES they demanded. They had asked for an "activation fee" of P30,000.00 (Botswana Pula)!
I am so heratbroken and trully feeling sorry for the people who fall prey to this scam and crap. Please ladies and gentle man, let'f s fight this together and help our brother and sisters.

Received the very same letter from James White of ELLP 2005, the very same Winning Ref. No. WP-RILP-3486 and the same lucky (?) numbers 000-000-123. The only thing that was different was the contact person - Mrs/ Gina Freeman. Received a response from her to comtact the payment office and received an email from Justice Pence Edinger, Probate Registrar. If they thing they are getting any money from me, their crazy because I don't have any! I learned long ago not to give out my address, SS#, or birthdate. Hope no one falls for this!!!

I received an email from lucky day as well. I know never give money to anyone for money to be sent. I'm glad I found this site so I know it's a scam. There has got to be something to do to stop these people.

I read some of these scams that happened to all of you and I was scammed too. I redeived this letter from a company called NORTH AMERICAN FINANCE COMPANY and they were supposed to be from Australia. The letter said I won Australia's $275,000.00 sweepstakes. They enclosed a check with the amount of $2,300.00 that was to be used to pay off the taxes from the winnings. Well, like a dum-dum I deposited the check into my account and wired the #2,000.00 to UK they spoke with me and told me over the telephone, that the money had to go to their headquarters to pay the taxes and then I would receive a form to pick my winning option, what payment option I would like. They told me that once they received the form back I would get a certified check for $273,700.00 after paying the taxes. Well, I found out from the bank that the check I deposited into my account - BOUNCED!!
I was devastated. Now I have to pay the bank back and I don't have $2,000.00 to do that. And now when I try to call him, I get a voice mail recording. When he called me yesterday, there was a different thlephone number on my caller ID that was different from the number I called this Jim Jenson at in the beginning. So now, am out of all this so called money and I have to pay back money I don't have. Can we do anything about this at all??? I am very furious about the whole thing.

I feel your pain man. But there is another post that I read on this same site and I am just like that guy. I have barely any financial assets and recently gave what information they asked for. What could they possibly do with a bank account that has about $20 dollars in it? I did another one of these earlier on in the year two and actually did get a check for 46,000 in the mail. It was counterfeit. I found that out only after I deposited it and took a 2,000 advance on it. Now I'm like you, the bank is asking for 2,000 and I can't pay it. Man these things........Just for kicks I'm gonna play along and see what happens.

Here is the email I recieved from them. This is about the 3rd on this week. They asked me to send them money to recieve my winnings. I replyed that they are crazy! Plus if I did win money for real wouldn't they know my name?

My husband received a letter thru the psot office (this was absually a mail not an e-mail) with the same kind of letter. He called in and they asked him for $872.00 wired transfer to receive his prize. Is this a scam?
