Dear beloved one,
I am Madam Comfort Mustapha second Wife of late Minister of solid minerals of Sierra Leone, Mr Mike Covo Mustapha. I have a project that requires the aid of a foreign partner, ($18,000,000) Eighteen Million Dollars, which was deposited by my late husband in a bank here in Abidjan Cote dī Ivoire.
For your information the said fund was made when when my husband was in position as Minister of solid minerals of Sierra-Leone. My husband Hon. Mike Covo Mustapha used the name of my Son as the next of kin to the fund. After the death of my husband, I came to Cote dī Ivoire with my three children and decided to stay in the second largest city Bouake where the rebels are in charge now. On the 30/10/2002, I decided to take out my children to the capital Abidjan for safety of our life but unfortunately, on our way crossing the forest to Abidjan my last little child collapsed and passed away along the road.
Now we came to Abidjan with intention of transferring the said fund out for an investment abroad but, since I do not have any bank account abroad nor any partner to transfer this fund into his/her account I decided to wait. But, seeing the insecurity and couple with the on going rebels attack in this Country I decided to contact you for this very transaction so that the money can be transfer into your account for an investment which you will have to take full control for me and my two children.
All what I need is your full trust and confidence that when I finally instruct the bank to transfer the fund into your account because it is only what all my hope is now on for the education of my children. Also I will want you to understand that I do not have much experience in business world an at such you will be the one to invest the fund for me.
My position is that Since you would be the one to assist in investing this fund in any lucrative business as well as the one to send your account for the transfer of this fund into, we shall offer you 15% of the total sum for your assistance and help.
Meanwhile I am thanking you for your co-operation with me towards this very transaction while waiting for your urgent attention in replying to me.
